The chair’s tapered spars give it a refined, narrow profile without sacrificing strength. Every joint is mortise and tenon, one of woodworking’s oldest and most reliable methods, built for a lifetime of use.
Optional upholstered seat.
For those who prefer a softer sit, the Tenon Chair is available with an upholstered seat, fitted to the chair’s form without altering its silhouette. The wood frame remains fully visible, the upholstery adding comfort without competing with the structure beneath it.

Each stain brings its own depth and tone to the grain, from the lightness of natural to the richness of black. Every piece is FSC-certified and built by hand in our Los Angeles factory, to one standard of craftsmanship.
