Ox Chair
The Ox Chair was designed by Hans Wegner, who was inspired by Picasso's Surrealist paintings of the 1930's. An iconic statement piece with an indisputable presence, this sculptural chair challenged the understated aesthetics of Danish design at the time. Originally produced in Europe for a two year span before going out of production for several decades, The hardwood frame can be upholstered in a wide variety of fabrics and leathers. High density foam made in the USA. The chrome frame is produced from cold roll tubular steel.
