Tambour doors that disappear.
The front is fitted with tambour doors, ribbed walnut slats that curve and slide into the case rather than swinging open. Fully retracted, they vanish entirely, a mechanism as satisfying to use as it is to watch.
Carved solid walnut handles.
Each handle is carved from a solid block of walnut, an extension of the case rather than an addition to it, continuous in material and uninterrupted in line.

Maple and walnut carry a classic, even grain, suited to indoor use, while sapele, redwood, acacia, and teak each bring their own character and weather resistance, suited to outdoor use. Every piece is FSC-certified and built by hand in our Los Angeles factory, to one standard of craftsmanship.
