A platform bed defined by bentwood legs and headboard supports, where layered wood shaped under pressure creates a unified surface in which structure and form merge into a single continuous language. Built from birch or walnut veneer layered over a twenty-six-ply inner core with bentwood legs and headboard supports, handcrafted in our Los Angeles factory from FSC-certified wood. The Lief® is a platform mattress designed exclusively for Case Study® beds, constructed from natural latex, breathable fiber layers, and heat-tempered steel coils, free from polyurethane foams and fire retardants.
