..Introducing our latest collaboration with FUTURA. The iconic contemporary artist has created limited edition pieces for Modernica's Artist Series Collection. This is Futura's 4th collaboration with Modernica and 2nd full collection.
The collection features items Futura hand selected from Modernica's catalog. FUTURA's signature atom motif is featured in various forms and consists of items such as a Solid Wood Daybed, a first-time custom 1 of 1 hand-signed Ox Chairs, a Case Study Markers Pillow, a reversible Pet Daybed, a Split Rail Chair. Environmentally sound, each product features repurposed materials.
Designs feature FUTURA's signature atom motif in various forms, and this is the first time Modernica has utilized these timeless pieces as part of a collaboration. FUTURA x Modernica consists of the Solid Wood Daybed, a first-time custom 1 of 1 hand-signed Ox Chairs, a Case Study Markers Pillow, a reversible Pet Daybed, and the Split Rail Chair. Each item is individually numbered from 5-50 and features a FUTURA plaque of authenticity. Environmentally sound, the designs are constructed with repurposed materials. They are priced from $175 for the Marker Pillow to $11,000 for the Futura x Modernica Ox Chair.
FUTURA x Modernica will be retailed exclusively at a pop-up in Los Angeles beginning Saturday, October 29, at the Modernica showroom at 7366 Beverly Blvd Los Angeles with online release to follow.
