Downtown Modernism Recap

Last week, we held our biannual vintage marketplace, Downtown Modernism, at our factory in Los Angeles. We broke a record with 104 booths in total, filled with vintage furniture, home décor and accessories from Southern California’s best dealers and collectors in the business. Lines of shoppers began to form as early as 7am, as booths were prepared for the early morning frenzy. We welcomed regulars, puppies and newcomers to our 5 acre lot. Visitors got to view the historic fiberglass shell chair machinery in action, enjoyed food from popular food trucks and gourmet coffee on site. Modernica’s booth was filled with discounted Case Study Ceramics®, the largest selection ever offered was nearly cleared within the first few hours.
