The Papa Bear Chair is one of Hans Wegner’s most celebrated works, its distinctive silhouette as recognizable today as when it was first introduced. A design so resolved it has remained untouched for over seventy years.
Solid wood paws.
The paws are the chair’s most distinctive detail, the rounded armrest ends giving the piece its unmistakable character. Each one is shaped and finished by hand, offered in solid North American walnut or hard rock maple.
