The Ojai Bench is hand-shaped of North American woods, in your choice of solid walnut, or hard rock maple. Natural variations in the wood color, and grain make each piece one of a kind. The hand-applied finish is a non-toxic, food safe urethane gel that enhances the natural beauty and feel of the wood, while offering an outstanding protective finish that is resistant to moisture and stains. The legs use traditional mortise and tenon joinery for strength and stability.

Solid North American hardwood.
The Ojai is available in walnut and maple, both sourced from FSC-certified North American forests and milled to Modernica’s exacting standards. Each piece is finished by hand, the grain allowed to speak without interference. A bench that looks as considered on day one as it does years into its life.

Every piece is FSC-certified and built by hand in our Los Angeles factory, to one standard of craftsmanship.
