Designed by Modernica Studio in 2004, the Case Study® Furniture Tenon series is constructed with 26 layers of the highest-quality hardwoods. The strength and resilience of the Tenon series is achieved with omni-directional connections of the plywood and Modernica’s own unique T-shaped, mortise and tenon joint design. Each foot of the table is capped with a detail of horizontal plywood— providing added protection for the life of the table and an attractive design detail. All the joinery is of mortise and tenon construction which ensure a long and lifetime durability.

The Case Study Tenon Series is available in North American maple and walnut veneer. Each leg is removable and can knock down for easy shipping.

The Case Study Tenon Table was an official selection of the 2005 California Design Biennial at the Pasadena Museum of California Art. The Design Biennial showcases innovations in product design and architecture.
