Hungarian sculptor and architect Pierre Szekely was a master of creating interesting organic and geometric forms, both for play and for living.
His playground constructs could once be found all over France, although few remain standing today. The artist was born in 1923 and remained incredibly prolific through the mid-’90s. Szekely was awarded one of France’s prestigious Legion of Honour awards in 1998.
