Privacy Policy

Modernica respects your right to privacy. Because of this, we do not sell or distribute your information. This information is used for the sole purpose of conducting our business so that we can provide you with the products and help you with your request.

 

Warranty Policy

Subject to limitations set forth below, Modernica warrants all        merchandise which it manufactures to be free from defects in material  or workmanship for the period of one year. During this period Modernica will repair, or at its option, replace defective merchandise. This warranty does not apply to defective components or materials not manufactured by Modernica, or from damage resulting in an accident, alteration or misuse. Textiles are not warrantied against fading or wear, or if cut by the customer or other. Transportation to and from the store of purchase is the buyer's responsibility.

 

Return Policy

Return policy for web orders is exclusive to items purchased online, and does not apply to orders placed in our showroom or reseller.

All of our products have a one year warranty for materials and workmanship. If you receive something that has been damaged, please contact our Web Support team at websupport@modernica.net immediately for assistance with return/replacement.  All product should be inspected prior to signing a delivery confirmation. In the event that is not possible, please contact websupport@modernica.net. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will contact you with instructions and have you fill out a Return Authorization form if necessary.

If you would like to return something for a reason other than damage, please contact the Web Support as well. A full refund, less shipping charges will be issued if the product(s) are returned to us in new condition, in the original box, with all the original packing material, within 30 days. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for any item(s) that Modernica agrees to accept after the 30 day return period. Custom order cannot be returned or cancelled.

 

Order Process

Orders placed through our online store are processed within 24 hours  of receipt or on the following Monday if placed over the weekend. Exceptions are extended during holidays, where orders are processed the following open business day.

 

Upon receipt of your order, our web order department will confirm      receipt and email a confirmation which includes an estimated ship     date. The date is an estimation and does not guarantee the order will ship on that date. Your order is subject to ship before or after the estimated ship date, based on availability. In cases of unforseen production delays, we will try our best to keep you updated with information and encourage you to email us for status at websupport@modernica.net. Tracking will also be sent to you as soon as it is available.

 

Shipping

Modernica utilizes a number of companies for shipment, depending on the product(s) that is/are ordered. Our shipping methods include UPS Ground and Ceva standard for curbside delivery. Some of our products also require white glove service where noted. Shipping delivery time varies, but can take anywhere between 1 - 2 weeks.  Customers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to signing for delivery. Any items signed for in good condition cannot be returned. Please see our return policy for more information.

 

Sales & Promotions

 We are committed to providing our customers with occasional offers and promotions and therefore will launch sales that target clients who have signed up to receive updates on our website or through other programs we may offer. Our online sale pricing, when available is only extended to orders placed online during the window of time specified. We cannot offer sale pricing before or after a sale has opened or closed, but we encourage our customers to sign up to receive the information by providing their email address on our homepage.
